Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY  ​ All requests must be submitted in writing using the Contact Form.   ​ RIGHT TO POSTPONE OR CANCEL  BakerDMD Institute reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that BakerDMD Institute must cancel or postpone a course, the registration fee will be fully refunded.  BakerDMD Institute is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses, including fees assessed by airline, travel or lodging agencies.   ​ LIVE COURSES (IN- PERSON), ONLINE COURSES (VIRTUAL), BLENDED (ONLINE AND LIVESTREAM COMPONENT COURSES) AND CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS ​ Course registration cancellations initiated by the registrant 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee). The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the registration.   No refunds will be granted fewer than 14 days before the course start date.   ​ No refunds will be granted if credit has been claimed.   ​ ONLINE SELF- PACED COURSES (ENDURING MATERIALS) AND SUBSCRIPTIONS  ​ Course registration cancellations initiated by the registrant within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund (minus a 25% administrative fee, up to $75) if the course has not been accessed.
